I went to the Romanian site where Dermacol is produced and found this site on their list of worldwide distributors so this IS the real deal. The formula was developed in the Barrandov Film Studios in Prague at the request of professional makeup artists, and then sold to Hollywood. I got it to cover a face tattoo, however, it can cover without a massive amount of layers and powder, and even then, separates and wears off of the moving places. It definitely was full coverage, I used only a pea size amount (as it says) of the foundation and it covered the entire face, you do not need a lot of the product to achieve coverage.
