It is nicely organised, starting by introducing the concept of rhythm and counting, the notes in the basic C major 5 finger position in both hands, then eventually to simple tunes, first for single hand then both together, progressively getting more difficult. There is also the option of closed hole which the vast majority of student flutes are, or open hole which is more common in advanced models. But sadly when my little boy who was using the book for his online lesson he saw that the book was not a brand new one rather it belong to someone else.
