Once, I was taking an illustration course, and one of our earliest assignments was taking an action figure off of a table and drawing that action figure in different settings and backgrounds. Darth Vader and Son is a fun and light hearted take on how Darth Vader would have been as a father to his son Luke Skywalker, it has references to multiple people and stories from the actual franchise and is drawn in a cute manner.But if you're one of those sad, empty few who haven't picked up Vader and Son, for yourself, a child, a Star Wars fan, a carbon-based lifeform, or anyone who likes things that are Good - do yourself a favor and pick it up, because not only it is adorable and funny, but it's also one of the best Star Wars books ever. Aside from the blatant relation to the Star Wars universe, there are a bunch of more subtle nods to lesser known elements.
