When you receive your new powerchair we recommend charging it over night before the first use to reach optimum battery performance. I was eventually sent a new battery pack which did not fit my scooter and then was told that 3 different battery packs had been produced since my scooter had been manufactured so I had to take photographs of my battery pack and scooter battery points which I did and was then told it was very difficult to locate the correct one due to the fact mine was almost extinct just 8 months after purchase! Strange how they can spend time trying to get this removed but can't reply to me re my ill mum's scooter isn't it.

Bought a refurbished mobility scooter from Livewell, very difficult to believe this is refurbished model as scooter looks and feels brand new! a joystick controller on the wheel chair and a wireless remote controller that allows you to move forward back left and right wirelessly controlling the chair even without sitting on it. This item will be supplied in a plain brown box with the original accessories, charger and user manual. You need to learn how to steer to avoid being swayed by the camber but it can go over a fairly rough path.

My wife's instafold decided to stop working over the weekend; We thought it was the battery gone flat.however…Istill have not received a reply to my question of when the warranty is due to expire (august 2023…next month)!
