In cosmetics, it’s often in products that are supposed to keep your skin matte as it has great oil-absorbing abilities. They form a protective screen on top of baby's delicate skin to absorb and scatter harmful UVA/UVB rays before they even have a chance to touch your baby. It's very thick so it's not runny at all but the times it did get in our eyes it didn't sting AT ALL!
