So concludes my Disney 100 Minifigures feel guide and review. In fact, so concludes my feel guides in general. Blind bags are now a thing of the past. Overall, I am not thrilled with the Disney 100 Minifigures. I know that will be an unpopular opinion… sorry to all those of you who were really waiting for this series. But from my personal perspective, the character selection wasn’t the best and the execution isn’t always great. I like a handful of the characters quite a lot, but I would not have collected this entire series had the LEGO® Group not sent it to me. Of course, this series follows on the heels of Series 24, which is one of my all-time favorites, so it’s hard to compete. What do you think of the Disney 100 Minifigures? Despite his size, he is extremely good at maneuvering through the air. Occasionally, because of this ability, Baymax's teammates will use him as transportation. When in the air, the suit lets him reach mach speeds.

None of the poses in the photos have been created through Photoshop or in any way digitally altered. Yeah, that’s right – I really can balance on one hand! Robin Hood works remarkably well as a LEGO minifigure, and is such a classic Disney animated film with enduring appeal. It’s not hard to imagine how the overall aesthetic and design of the movie may have inspired LEGO’s own Forestmen theme, and you can also see how well Robin Hood fits into this world.The nose is actually moulded and fused to the head, and is quite sharp and pointy, and really brings the Pinocchio minifigure to life. It’s really tiny, but you can see the circular outline of where the nose is attached if you look really closely. Moreover, the character's two facial expressions are superb, accented with accurate lime green eye shadow and pronounced cheekbones on both sides. Cruella de Vil's bright light yellow coat is similarly stunning and benefits from a lovely fabric piece around her shoulders, featuring a fur pattern to match the printed texture across her torso and legs. With so many characters to draw from, I feel like Kocoum, the Mad Hatter, Gaston, or Shan Yi would’ve been much better inclusions. Not keen on the modern ones. Was Coco and Big Hero 6 even that popular?? Same with Princess & the Frog, I haven't heard anyone mention that since it came out. Anastasia and Rasputin would have been a lot more interesting. Baymax also comes with a traveling case, where he will place himself inside the case and deflates, compressing his carbon skeleton into the case for convenient transport. This case is also his charging station for when Baymax runs low on power; this makes him similar to real-life robots such as ASIMO (his real-world inspiration) and Pepper (a similar robot that also likes to give hugs and fist bumps).

If you’re a Disney fan, you are absolutely going to LOVE this series, and I think the Disney 100 series ranks incredibly highly amongst all the other licensed Minifigures Series that LEGO have given us, and especially appropriate to celebrate 100 years of Disney. Despite knowing nothing about this movie, I was really looking forward to this Minifigure. The detailing on it is amazing. I’ve never seen a guitar with so much printing before. Additionally, changing out the skull for a regular minifig head gives you another member for your mariachi band if you’ve collected the past sombrero wearing Minifigures as well. Despite never seeing Coco, Ernesto is one of my favorite characters from the Disney 100 Minifigure Series because of his amazing detailing. Oswald the RabbitFor a more interesting character and Disney Princess, we have Mulan from the beloved 1998 animated movie. I have a soft spot for Mulan as it’s one of my favourite Disney movies of all time, and I was incredibly excited to get my hands on the Mulan minifigure.
